How can I schedule my laundry pickup?

You can schedule pickup and delivery time from MyLaundry App.

How long does cleaning take?

We aim to collect your clothes, clean them to a professional standard and get them back to you all within 2 to 3 days.

Can I add extra items to my order when you collect…?

Yes, you can! At the time of pickup, just specify rider about the extra items. He will be coordinating with the team for the updated invoice.

Can I order by phone or email?

No, you can’t .

Where are my clothes cleaned?

We clean all your clothes in our factory . We have extensive machines with hydro that clean your clothes and get it dry within no time. Also, we have a separate department of ironing in our factory where all the clothes are ironed by pressman experts.

Are there any fabrics you don’t clean?

We clean all type of fabrics

What if my clothes are damaged?

We have a reimbursement policy mentioned in our terms and conditions page.

What’s this little sticker you’ve put on my clothes?

It’s the tag number that is placed before we place your clothes in the washing machine

Can you remove all stains?

We do! But if we fail to remove stain, we’ll take no charge for that!

Do you dry my clothes?

Yes! We have extensive Hydro’s that separate’s entire water from your clothes. After that we get your clothes hung until they are dried perfectly!

Do I get to keep the bag?

If you have a shopping bag. Do place your dirty clothes in it. But we have our laundry bags which will be provided at the time of pickup!
